The message options below will display on the home dashboard under CONTROLLER STATUS when logged into your Hydrawise account. See an example of a good WiFi connection below:
|The controller is connected to Hydrawise and the controller has the latest configuration.|
|The controller is not connected to Hydrawise. We detect this within about 7 minutes so this would be a connectivity problem. Use the article HERE.|
|This tells us that the controller was recently connected to the internet, but the programs are not matching the cloud. This could be caused by poor internet connection and a very large program having trouble getting through. This should fix itself and move to “All good”.This usually happens about 45 minutes from the last sync.|
|This tells us that the cloud is set up, but the controller has not been connected to the internet.|
|This tells us we have just made a change to the controller and the information is being stored, this should change to “All Good” if good internet connection or may go to “Out of Sync” and then to “All good”.|
Note: That you can have more than the recommended start times which will all run as long as the controller remains online, it will just say out of sync for the reasons above. If the controller goes offline it will only run the first 4 individual start times and the first 4 global start times.
