Contractors can configure alerts in their contractor portal. The alerts can be applied to individual customers or controllers, or to all customers. This will save the contractor from having to set up identical alerts for each customer.
For example, a contractor can create high- and low-water flow alerts. Whenever a contractor adds a flow meter to a customer’s system, they’ll get these alerts automatically. The contractor could do a similar contractor-level alert for broken wiring that covers all of their customers.
