Wi-Fi Irrigation Control

My wireless used to work fine, but it has now stopped working. What should I do?

It’s possible that something around your house has changed since you got your controller working.

  1. Did you buy a new microwave? Microwaves can interfere with your wireless reception. Consider moving your controller further away from the microwave.

  2. Did you buy a new phone? Cordless telephones operating in the 2.4GHz range can interfere with your wireless reception. Consider moving your controller further away from the telephone or change the channel that your phone uses.

  3. Are there any nearby base stations using adjacent channels? Consider moving your controller further away from the base station or changing the channel that the base station is using.

For further information, refer to Change Your Wi-Fi Router Channel to Optimize Your Wireless Signal or speak to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for exact steps on how to do this on your specified router.
