The Controller Is Detecting the Wireless Network but Cannot Connect
Check that you are connecting to the correct wireless network.
Check the error message on the controller, as this usually indicates what the issue is. The most common error is an incorrect password. Double-check that your password is correct and that you have entered the password with the proper case (the password is case-sensitive).
After you enter the password, press the OK button (see below). Pressing the Home or Back buttons will not save your password.
Check that the security mode for both your wireless router and controller are the same. Hydrawise strongly recommends WPA2 personal for both the wireless router and controller. If your router is not configured for this, try changing the security mode to WPA2 personal.
Check that the radio mode in your router is set to 802.11b/g or 802.11b/g/n compatible.
